Wilo USA LLC celebrates the Grand Opening of Wilo Americas Headquarters and Wilo's 150th Anniversary

Cedarburg, WI. WILO USA LLC, a subsidiary of WILO SE, celebrated the Grand Opening of the new 250,000 square-foot Wilo Americas Headquarters and production facility on Tuesday, June 21, 2022, in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. The new headquarters is now combined operations of Wilo USA, Weil Pump, Scot Pump, and Wilo Machine Co. into a single production site. In conjunction with the grand opening, Wilo also celebrated its 150th anniversary.

Jeff Plaster, CEO/Managing Director of Wilo USA, illustrated why the opening of the Wilo Americas Headquarters and celebration of the Wilo 150th anniversary in Cedarburg, Wisconsin represents an important milestone and growth in the history of the company: “We're excited to have you here today because we're celebrating two milestones for Wilo. The first one is Wilo’s 150th anniversary. To have a company [with a history] like Wilo, who really believes in supporting the community where we build our products, really believes in caring for the employees that make our products, and really believes in sustainability and making sure that we are good stewards to the environment. These are all key characteristics that support our core values of Customer First, Respect & Continuous Improvement.”

Mathias Weyers, CFO of Wilo SE, Dortmund Germany commented further: “Opening this factory is an event full of joy and emotion. It is also a very important milestone for our successful business activities in the United States and in the region Americas, as we strive to be recognized as a real global player in the pump market.”

“The great loyalty of our customers and suppliers here in the US and the close and trusting relationships that have been formed over the years have been decisive factors in our investment decision.”

It was an exciting time for employees, customers, and partners to come together and celebrate the big event under one roof. The event included speeches and a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by lunch and cake. Before the celebration ended, guests had the opportunity to tour the new facility.
