Problem
Wilo USA offers highly reliable and extremely durable submersible pumps and mixers, as well as a full line of high efficiency pumps, commercial pumps, and well pumps. Wilo wanted to recognize and reward the hard work of their sales staff and help them surpass their sales goals for a specific period.
A creative website needed to be created to not only establish qualifications, provide motivation, handle point tallies and disbursements on a monthly basis to Wilo’s winning representatives, but also challenge participants to surpass their sales goals. It was up to Interline to create a proper means for communication and enrollment.
Solution
Programmers at Interline Creative Group designed an interactive web-based portal for Wilo’s “Winners Circle” program. All sales people in “Region Americas” could view the rules and requirements, enroll in the program and check standings on their pending rewards. Not only were the winners recognized on the website, they also had their name(s) engraved on a “Winners Circle” plaque at Wilo headquarters, a “Winner Circle” logo on business cards, special gifts and an all-expense paid trip for two, a small way of saying “Thank You” from Wilo.
Results
Interline facilitated and simplified the process, making it pain-free for Wilo’s sales staff to participate and increase their earnings, obtain rewards and allow Wilo senior management to enjoy increased sales and more importantly say “Thank You.”
